The Marietta High School Homecoming Parade brings floats and Blue Devil fans to the streets around Marietta Square before the homecoming football game. The annual celebration gives families, students, and alumni a chance to cheer from the sidewalks before the evening shifts to Northcutt Stadium.
The parade features floats representing Marietta City Schools, district programs, and the homecoming court. Spectators should arrive early to find parking and a viewing spot before roads close along the route.
The parade begins at the jury parking lot on Dobbs Street, travels around Marietta Square, and continues along Polk Street to the intersection with Walthall Street. Polk Street will close at 4:30 pm and is expected to reopen around 6:15 pm.
Food trucks will be on Winn Street from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Blue Devil Fan Fest runs from 5 pm to 7 pm at Northcutt Stadium.
