Blue Moon Brewery is also a partner with Atlanta’s own Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, a name synonymous with smoked meats that bring a taste of Texas to Georgia. Jonathan and Justin Fox’s signature brisket, pulled pork, and wings headline the menu, joined by hearty sides and original sauces. Beyond barbecue, Blue Moon offers burgers, flatbreads, and lighter fare like salads, giving fans more ways to fuel up before or after the game.
Guiding the brewing program are experts who live and breathe hops and barley. Operations Manager Mark Crouch, a University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate with years at Miller Brewing under his belt, leans toward a crisp German pilsner. Lead Brewer Chad Martin, who started brewing at Auburn University before joining SweetWater, has a soft spot for IPAs. Rounding out the team is Seb Winkler, a Villa Rica native who perfected his skills at breweries across Georgia and the UK before joining Blue Moon. Together, they keep the taps flowing with creativity and passion.
There’s always something on tap beyond the beer itself. Mondays feature half-priced appetizers, Wing Wednesdays bring a discount on rotating wing flavors, and Flight Fridays offer margarita flights at a fan-friendly price. Fox Bros. plates are definitely the star of the show, but the supporting menu is no benchwarmer.
